The population of the city of High Springs is approximately 3,600. When including the surrounding areas, population rises to about 9,000. The city is governed by a Mayor and four Commissioners. Our City Hall houses all city related services: water, garbage collection, code enforcement, and a County Tag office. City Hall: 386 454-1416 We have our own Police and Fire Departments.
