and we'll get it posted for you! American Cancer Society Teddy Bear Drive Teddy Bear Collection Drive to Benefit the American Cancer Society. The High Springs Women's Club & Milam Funeral Home are spearheading the drive in High Springs. Bears can be dropped off at the High Springs Branch of Milam Funeral Home during office hours and after by leaving the bears in the Gazebo behind the building. For more information, contact Kathy Pults at 386-454-5361. High Springs Lions Club: Monthly Dinner & Dancing High Springs Lions Club: Last Saturday of the Month Dance and BBQ at 6:00pm - $10. Located at the High Springs Lions Club, Head W on HWY 27, on the Right just below the Santa Fe River. For more information call 386-454-3605. High Springs Community Theater The High Springs Community Theater started in 1989 as a loosely formed group of theater entusiasts. For many years the High Springs Community Theater used the New Century Women's Club of High Springs for their performances but in 2001 were able to obtain financing for their own building at 235 NE 1st Ave. Since then the High Springs Community Theather has been putting on at least 5 performances a year. The High Springs Community Theater does not have a box office open during the week for ticket sales but with the help of some supportive local businesses you can purchase tickets at several locations.
