City utility bills may be paid during business hours inside City Hall or at anytime at the drop box behind City Hall. 

A recycling program is available within the City of High Springs. Residents are encourage to participate in the program. Bins will be furnished.

Leash Law

No owner shall permit his dog to run at large on public or private property within the incorporated area of the city without the consent of the property owner or lessee. All dogs, when not on the premises of the dog's owner or on the premises of another who consents thereto, shall be and remain in direct control of such dog at all times, or kept within a suitable enclosure sufficient to prevent the dog's escape there from.

Animals three months and older, must be vaccinated against rabies and licensed. Cats, Dogs, and Ferrets must have an active rabies vaccination, regardless of the pets age.
